Our role

Truefly ([Truefly Oy], registered in Finland) acts as a booking intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa facilitators, cab operators). We are not the airline, hotel, visa authority or cab operator, and our liability is limited to the booking service we provide.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring passenger names, travel dates and document details are entered correctly. Airlines and other suppliers may charge correction fees for errors.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown include our service fee unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the booking is ticketed.

Limitation of liability

Truefly is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or acts of third-party suppliers, beyond assisting you in resolving them with the relevant supplier. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under EU or Finnish consumer protection law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first at [support@yourdomain.com]. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Courts of [City, Finland] have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
