Terms of service
Our role
Truefly (“Truefly”, “we”, “us”) is a travel comparison and referral platform based in Finland. You can reach us at contact@truefly.eu. We help you discover flights, hotels, transfers, eSIMs, tours, insurance and other travel services, and then link you to the airline, travel agency or provider so you can book on their own website. Truefly does not sell, book or supply any travel service, and does not take payment from you. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that third-party provider, governed by their terms and conditions. We are not the airline, hotel, visa authority, insurer or other provider.
Bookings and payment
All bookings and payments are made directly on the provider's website, under the price, fare rules, and cancellation and refund terms shown there before you pay. Truefly does not process payments, hold funds, or issue tickets or confirmations. Prices and availability shown on our site are indicative, come from third parties, and may change or be unavailable by the time you reach the provider.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that content on our site (including prices, times and availability supplied by third parties) is complete or error-free. When you book with a provider, you are responsible for entering passenger names, dates and document details correctly on their site; providers may charge correction fees for errors.
Third-party providers and links
Our site contains links to third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their websites, services, availability, or terms. Your use of a provider's service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Affiliate commissions
When you book with a provider through our links, Truefly may earn a commission from that provider at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay or the provider's terms.
Truefly accounts and reminders
The optional Truefly account and the visa booking reminder are provided free of charge and "as is". You are responsible for the accuracy of any email address or details you give us, and you can stop reminders or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
Truefly is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, delays, cancellations or refusals of any third-party provider, nor for any booking made on a provider's site. Our role is limited to referring you to providers. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under EU or Finnish consumer-protection law.
Complaints and dispute resolution
For issues with a booking, contact the provider you booked with. For questions about Truefly itself, contact us at contact@truefly.eu. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Courts of Espoo, Finland have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
